I am guessing the BNC output is for connection to Amplifier, in vehicle Config, as I sometimes have the PRM 4090 fitted in my landrover with assoc Amp, number for amp just escapes me at the minute, as regards the battery the 4025A is listed in my Racal Bible as battery pack ni-cad 12v 4ah for 4021/4031/4041A/4041C/4051 and the aforementioned PRM 4090

the 4025D is listed as battery unit Ni-cad 12v 4ah (fast Charge), and I would imagine your charger will work fine, in fact I know it will, just get the charging rate set correctly
