Module 9, "R2", should adjust the squelch threshold, if everything is working the way it should.

Hi there folks, I recently acquired a PRC-351, all seems ok with it except 90% of the time the squelch is open even in Whisper mode, can anyone tell me if there is a pot to adjust the threshold?
