We are just about to begin Hell Week!!!!????Yes, we are coming to the end, but you still mean something and I still need all of you engaged!???I¡¯ve notes on several topics, so please at least skim through the below info to see what you need to know.??(And yes, I reserve the right to make changes ;-)

SCHEDULE:
¡¤??????Sat 9/21, Sun 9/22: 4-6pm
¡¤??????Mon 9/23, Tues 9/24, Wed 9/25: 7-9pm
¡¤??????DRESS REHEARSAL Thurs 9/26:??Call time 5pm (?) for a 7pm performance

COMP TICKETS:??Everyone gets 2 comp tickets.??If you have questions, please see Sallie.

TOP OF SHOW:
We are continuing to try using the movie screen to block the audience view before the start.??The movie screen will be down once I get to the Theatre, so please use the green room door to come in or be VERY CAREFUL walking around the screen.??
?
Once the audience is seated and we are ready to begin, house and stage lights will be down, the actors can enter SR from the green room and get into position.??Diane or Clov can help cover Hamm in his chair.??After all of you have come on stage, lights and sound will come on, so you will need to be QUIET once you come on stage.
?
Mike will then give his Welcome, exit, and lights will go off.??The screen will go up as Mike exits.??Actors must be in place and motionless at this time.??Once the screen is up, Ron will give a brief pause and then bring the stage lights up for the show to begin.
?
SOUND:??Remember that the overhead mics are very sensitive, so backstage, offstage, and inside the crate noise can and will be picked up and shared with the audience.
?
MAKEUP:??Pat will be working with you on makeup until Mike says ok.??Once he¡¯s good with the effect, then makeup will not be needed again until Dress Rehearsal.

COSTUMES/HAIR:??
¡¤??????Nagg and Nell - you are fine, unless you have questions
¡¤??????Hamm ¨C please wear your full costume on Saturday.??We aren¡¯t sure we¡¯ve seen the full costume.
¡¤??????Cov ¨C Diane will be there starting on Saturday to finalize costume plans and help with backstage changes.??If you need help with your hair, please talk to Stephanie.??

PROPS:??While I will have tried to ensure all your props are where you are expecting them, it is each actor¡¯s responsibility to make sure your props are where and how you want them.??If you need to come on stage to check these, please do this so the audience does not see you in costume.

CURTAIN CALL: Still in work

TALK BACK:??After the Sunday matinee only, we will offer a Talk Back with the audience.??You will remain onstage after the performance for this.??We can use the stage work lights, so Ron can turn off the stage lights.?Jeff, I can turn off the stage sound when this is over.??

RECEIPTS:??Many of you have purchased items for the show.??Please send me your receipts for reimbursement.??If you normally send these receipts directly to Sallie, do NOT send them to me also.??

SET STRIKE:??TBD.??Please be sure to take all your personal belongings with you at the close of our final show.

CAST PARTY:??With our final show being an evening performance on Saturday, we are thinking that it might be easier to have a gathering at Mike¡¯s house on Sunday, Oct. 6¡maybe 2pm???Please let me know your thoughts and availability.
