HF conditions, especially NVIS propagation, have been noticeably improved over the past several weeks and we should anticipate that trend going forward, barring solar storms including high speed streams and flares.? Interesting to note that 40 meters has been nicely short practically every day between 10 AM and 4 PM, but it begins to quickly stretch out after 4 PM EDT. ?60 meters, on the other hand, has provided usable conditions during daylight hours, depending on station performance, but it really improves between 5 PM and 9 PM… outside of our net window, unfortunately.?
