I do think this cluster of neighbors being all I-DF29 snp could be significant in spite of its apparent age.? The Jews are a 4500 year old branch that for almost the past 2000 years clustered around the world based on their shared heritage.? My family hasn't lived in Scotland for probably a little under 400 years, but we still look to Scotland with strong sentiments.? I suspect that Scots 1000 years ago kept in mind their old tribe and ancestral homes.
