The original Big Y and Big Y 500 included the BAM free of charge. Big Y 700 removed it in order to hit a lower price point. It should be free and we need to make that clear. This is indeed the case with your kit. Everyone that has a "Download VCF” option I am grabbing that if it’s not already been contributed to the YDNA Warehouse. The plan is to use a more manual process to work these kits into my experimental tree after completing this endeavor. Thank you Patricia Hocker Hi Patricia, I don’t see 202339 in the?R1b-CTS4466 Plus member list, and it’s not in my outside of the project files currently. ?If your kit is CTS4466+, we’d love for you to join us. Once the kit is added, you would be able to set the preferences as requested. ?It sounds like you gave Gail elevated permissions though. ?You may want to change those back. ?Typically, there’s no harm but everyone has different levels of sensitivity about their data. No, the setting is still limited. ?You can just send me a link via direct email not to the group as a hole since the list is indexed on things like Google search. ?The links do expire but there’s a 24 hour period anyone could download it. This old blog is generally still relevant. ?They moved things slightly and you just push a button to request the BAM if it doesn’t exist already.
