I saw that FTDNAs Discovery Tool has Cassidy's Sligo FGC11134 (R1b1a1a2a1a2c1a3) find. I'm not sure if that means the raw files are available somewhere, or if it's possible to tell with the discovery

Do you mean STR steps? If so ignore them for any branch that you don¡¯t also share the same terminal SNP branch. Many of us cluster to modal signature. James
