photographer for contest:

I want to let you all know that there was a slight hitch with the
arrangements with our photographer for contest. We contracted with a new
photographer, and ran into some unexpected problems. We asked E.R. Lilley
just this week to again be our photographer, and luckily, he was available
for our weekend.
You should be getting your packets from Lilley very soon -- they were sent
out by express mail on Wednesday or Thursday of this week.
Thank you all for being so patient and not going into panic mode. Two weeks
to go, but who's counting?!!
