You do not need a permit for tower in Pinal County.? You only need FAA/FCC permission when you get to 200'.?? I called and talked to planning and building department in Pinal. I also spoke? to the safety division.... nothing about Ham antenna tower until 200'? !.? I built a house in Pegasus, in 2006. Within Pegasus HOA, you can't even have trees over 40'.? But a mile from end of runway??? I don't think you will have any problems.?

Vince, First I would look into FAA regulations on tower height if on the Pegasus airport flight path.? (I don't expect a problem with a 25 foot tower but if its 100 feet tall a mike from the runway, i think that's a problem
Second, where I live in San Tan Valley you are not permitted to have a visible antenna, even flag poles are regulated.
I believe all HOAs(wgere you pay a monthly resudent fee) have antenna restrictions.
Last, if all is good, tower sntennas, as you can imagine need a poured concrete base and it is proportional to heught and tower style.? The mfg. of antenna should have base of antenna support plans.

A local ham has a request for assistance...If you can help, reach out to him directly at "vince AT KN6TZA.org:
Hello,
I'm in the process of buying property in Queen Creek. Installing my ham radio tower would be part of the deal, which is one of the main reasons I want to get a more considerable lot for personal use.
I've been trying to get some help from development services in both the city of Queen Creek and Pinal County, with limited results.
I was wondering if somebody in your radio club has experience with this, so I can get a pointer in the right direction.
I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you
