Thanks.? I am aware of that.? When I open this TIF file in
Photoshop, shouldn't it show all the colors?? My issue is that the
TIF file does not have all the colors. I checked other
inkseparation files in images folder and they also showed similar
colors as I had shown in my OP...

You need to print it to the QTR printer you've set up, and it
needs to be NOT color-managed, and the QTR print options need to
be set to "Calibration mode" (that's why it says Print In
Calibration Mode at the top of the file). If you're on a Mac,
Print-Tool does a good job of allowing you to print without
color management.
