I am trying to install a profile on an intel mac using qtr 2.8.2 for a p5000. The printer is already installed and has profiles on it already but when I try to install a new profile, I get this error "printer descriptor file (ppd) not found for printer quad". I tried reinstalling qtr but I still get the same error message. Any ideas as to why.
