You have to have both set to the same. You also have to use the Epson media installer to set the paper type. Do a search on YouTube for a video from Northlight in the U.K. on how to set it up.?

No Greg. I had not yet done to that stage. Should I set it on the printer first?

Did you select the paper size in the printer itself?
?
Hi. I'm having a similar issue. In Print Tool I select 11x14 as paper size but when I hit "Print" I get a message that the image does not fit the selected paper size and will be cropped. If I click on "Fit to paper" then it is ok but the image shrinks a bit. (This is for DTP (in a carrier) so it has to be posterboard media. If I select 11x14 posterboard in Photoshop the image is not centred as there seems to be a margin at the top)
?
Any idea why??
?
thanks
?
Joe
