Ok Tom, no problem, I'll look at those for the next iteration.
I think I may need to get a little more creative and complex for the next iteration anyway, as some of the data needs to update in pretty much real time and some of it could be refreshed less frequently, so I'm thinking I may need to create and use a tempfile, which the dash reads from, but which is updated by other scripts. I'm conscious of the keep it simple philosophy you were aiming for, so I'll keep as closely to that as I can.
