Just to make it clear, this is for configuring Jonathan Naylor's ircDDBGateway, not QnetGateway.

It was made clear to me in my discussions with the admins at that they don't want clients simultaneously logged into both and QuadNet. I'm not going to defend their position, but I am going to respect it. Therefore both QnetGateway and the SmartGroupServer does not support simultaneous logins.
