QSL DXCC and 3905CC [email protected]

Provides a forum to discuss how best to get those tough cards and how to handle "problem" operators.  Although a lot of buffoonery takes place on a regular basis, a serious attempt is being made to put together a "resource center" for information about QSLing both for the new ham and the more seasoned ham that wants to improve his return rate.  No censorship and no rules will be employed here.

This is also a "REBEL" reflector.  It was established by Rebels who were opposed to the unfair tactics of a certain purveyor of what this reflector calls the "3905 Cesspool".  The breaking point was when a young viable club member was censured for quoting the rules about QSLing in the cesspool. If you are not a Rebel you are still welcome here, but rebels are highly encouraged to join and stick to their guns.  If you have been in the Cesspool, please respect the other members and bathe before entering.

I also now have to say this is really no longer exclusively a 3905CC reflector.  It started as such and many of us are still active on the nets to a certain extent, but lately more of the traffic and focus here has been on general DXing.

73 and CU in the pile-ups.
