I assume you have checked the LEDs to see what it is doing. The yellow one flashes every second when the GPS signal is locked, and the red will be on when it is transmitting. Also, you can us the App on your PC and see what it thinks it is doing. Bring it down to the Baylands this Friday. I will bring a spectrum analyzer and wattmeter so we can see what coming out of the Tx. If you have a QRP wattmeter, try and measure the RF into a dummy load.
You can also listen to it on your 7300 and try to decode the signal using WSJTx. You may have to use some attenuation on the 7300 to keep it from overloading.
