Check out this web SDR. It will skim 13 HF FT-8/WSPR bands at the same time and send the results to PSK Reporter. This may solve my problem of not just transmitting WSPR. It is a basically a KIWI SDR with some added features. It has built in GPS for time and frequency. It will also receive VHF up to 2M. All for around $300.
