Hi All,
I promised to report out on fixing the radio I purchased from Wes. It is done for the most part. It has taken a while since I had a second cerebral stroke on October 22,2021. I have worked to learn to walk again. A bit dizzy still. I am using ham radio as a method to recover.. See my QRZ. Anyway.. here is the fixed unit I purchased from Wes Bolin here. I still need to do some final final adjustments but they are simple. Contact me if there are any questions. It took me a while.. but I got it done! 65 1/2 basically healthy except for cerebral areas.
