Ultimate3S v3.12a release

Hans Summers All Messages By This Member #18801 Hi all I actually started supplying v3.12a chips with new Ultimate3S kits around July sometime; and the same goes for any v3.12 chips purchased through the shop? - they were actually v3.12a. But I neglected to upload the v3.12a file here and announce it here.? So: here is the v3.12a hex file:? /g/QRPLabs/files/Firmware%20for%20U3%20and%20U3S%20kits//v3.12a.hex? The changes in this version are: - Bug fix: fix v3.12 issue where TX CW and TX FSK do not work at all - Bug fix: Implement short delay after pressing right button to exit config menu, to avoid keying the output by mistake - Bug fix: In "Iv" mode, the Clk1 output was always active (not keyed with Clk0)? - Bug fix: In "Iv" mode, the Clk1 output was not deactivated when editing the configuration menu? - Bug fix: in "Iv" mode, the Clk0 and Clk1 phase outputs were random, not 180 degrees as they should be The firmware history at? now also includes v3.12a.? 73 Hans G0UPL

KEN G4APB All Messages By This Member #18830 开云体育 Hi Hans, Fitted the upgrade anyway (v3.12a), but answered my own question, it does NOT fix the potentiometer TUNE problem, still only increases freq in WSPR Tx mode, and in RX mode although display will increase (wont decrease), the actual frequency does not alter, so no good trying to make a tuneable rx using it. z_ kevino All Messages By This Member #20193 Hans,? Happy New Year. Will the version show the "a" on startup ? or will the U3s just show v3.12 ? Just trying to see if I upgraded already and wanted to avoid reprogramming if I already did it (and forgot). thanks kevin
