Moving the CW filter center frequency

Hi all!
gentlemens, I want to change the center frequency of the CW filter. I can not understand whether I need to change menu items 3.8; 4.8; 8.2; 8.3; 8.4??because by default they are made for a frequency of 700 Hz. if i need to change, what values do i need to set menu items??for example, the filter frequency 500 Hz. in the manual, nothing is said about this ... |

Hi Andy You need to change the hardware, to change the CW filter center frequency, see?? And also then change the menu settings as well. yes Hans, I know that need to change R according to the table from ke7xr.
thus, menu items 3.8; 4.8; 8.2 i make 500 Hz. and menu items 8.3 Phase adj Lo freq: audio freq forlow audio phase adj (600Hz)
8.4 Phase adj Hi freq: audio freq for?high audio phase adj (800Hz)?leave the default values??or change accordingly by 400 and 600 Hz? how right? |

Hi Andy I would suggest try 400 and 600Hz for the audio phase shift adjustment. If you left it at 800Hz it would not be bad, either... I do not know really the answer to this and I have not tried it myself. So you would probably have to experiment a bit with it.?
