Clock kit - has anyone had any luck making it scroll through the data?
I've read page 3 and 4 of the manual a few times and I still haven't figured out how to make the clock display scroll through the data I put in line #3 and line #4. I have figured out how to screw up

Doing better than me, All mine displays is two rows of solid blocks regardless of how the contrast is set. No mistakes as far as I can see. Cant do anything with it, other than put it in the draw

Hi Enno Yes correct, this configurable DSP centre frequency is not available yet. But it only affects the CW decoder. The decoder will still work on nearby frequencies but with reduced sensitivity. 73

Hi James Regarding the QLG1: the voltage regulator provides 3.3V to the GPS RF module. So that should survive. However, the 74ACT08 chip is powered directly by 5V, not through the regulator. 13.8V

These letters on bottom line are decoded morse. It is noise but the micro thinks it is morse. 73 vin

I did something similar with my first OXCO kit, the sparks were pretty though! I have tried to keep my QCX away from danger but if I do not box it up somehow it could well happen. 73 Roger
