Hi Hans, Yes, I see all those options. But I remember you saying that all the graphs are now available on the LCD. And that led me to believe that the SWR sweep would also be available. On page 70,

Hi Mike It's called "Tune SWR" and it still has the same functionality as in 1_01_027 - which is not a graphic SWR sweep. On my hardware tests menu on 1_02_000, I just checked, i see: AF filter sweep

Re: SWR overshoot and SWR protection
I have seen this same behavior on my QMX+... SWR spikes when first transmitting in SSB...and it does trigger the SWR protection sometimes. If we figure out how to fix this, I would be thankful :) Joel

Hi Hans, The SWR sweep function seems to be missing from Hardware Tests in 1_02_000. It does show up when accessed over the serial terminal, however. 73, Mike KK7ER

Ah, thanks Stan and Don. I could have sworn I'd seen (and used!) the Tune SWR function before but when I went to the manual all I could find was SWR sweep. Well, that's embarrassing. 73, Mike KK7ER

How will you get the faces of the packages down onto the board, or are you using an alternative heatsink? I would imagine a chunk of heatsink with appropriate holes drilled, fit the transistors with

Re: Why I think QMX Calibration Kills PA
Out of curiosity, how are you connecting the probe's ground? Even at a low frequency like 1.8MHz, more than 1 inch of probe grounding wire will make a signal ring like that. -Chuck Harris, WA3UQV
