The terminal shows a monoband QDX configuration.
*Important:* Was the jumper wire for the band configuration in the correct position *during* the software installation?

I had this happen once. I strongly suspect a firmware bug. ?This is how I got around it:
1) install a jumper for one of the mono and bands.
2) boot up and do a factory reset
