The male side- carefully wedge up and remove the plastic. Heat and remove each pin. Generally the pins can go back into the plastic and the connector re-used. Not so for the female side. Larry KB3CUF

I have always though the choice is for convenience of the operator.? For example, if the operator has other equipment running 12V then the QMX can run with the same 12V power.? Similarly with 9V.?
