Hi Hans, We actually do have customs clearance here in the States. It’s handled by each carrier like FedEx, DHL, etc, at their major import hubs. I know because I’m suffering through it right now.

Actually, no Hans. FedEx never admitted what the problem was. They just told me I will be removed from the hold and delivered today or tomorrow. They did however apologize for whatever thats worth.
