L12 is for receive BPF so it shouldn't affect Tx. Of course make sure the blob isn't hitting something else that it shouldn't be. In the first photo it looks like solder in the "GND" pcb hole

Check that the QDX audio output in the PC is on.? I had this with my QMX and it turned out that the QMX sound output wasn't turned on.
Settings - sound look for the QDX and check the volume is 100%

Barb, Documentation for Dimension 4 does not indicate whether it is compatible with Windows versions beyond Windows 7 and 8. Do you know if is compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11?
