Re: #QMX #documentation Operating manual #qmx #documentation
The cover of the manual says QDX And QDX shows up several times where you meant to say QMX. I'd recommend a search & replace for "QDX". The image does not match the text on section 4.1 and

Re: QMX build - in trouble already...
Phil, is the lifted pad the thin one that's close to C513, or the thick one that's on the other side of L504?

Re: QMX: Kit Build complete - My observations
Hi, I am very tempted to buy and build a QMX. I read about it and I find this group very valuable and some post have excellent advices that should be fixed into a pdf as an addendum to the building

Using the Kanga Phoenix QRP Pocket Transmatch ATU with a high band QDX
I got the Kanga QRP pocket transmatch assembled from Paul M0BMN and recently decided to try it with the QDX. This little pocket transmatch is an interesting complement to the QDX: it's small, it

Re: Another successful QMX build #qmx
Karl, here are two pics of my L401 I took last night, tweaking the coils for the best performance I could manage.? The full board pic was my second attempt at nudging my coils, and gave me the best

Re: QMX build - in trouble already...
Phil, that inductor is part of the TX circuit (near the top of the schematic ( https://qrp-labs.com/images/qmx/manuals/schematics_rev1_a.pdf ) ) Looking forward to hearing you on the air, OM.

Re: QMX build - in trouble already...
Phil, You find it on the schematic, see it feeds the band switching diodes. Remember this when testing. If the 3 diodes have no voltage that will be the reason. 73 Alan G4ZFQ

Re: Can the QLG2 provide PPS over USB?
Scott, This is not incorporated. One way could be to use a UART to provide a serial port with a free input. Not sure, I think the QLG2 will output NMEA? I tried this some time ago with "Toy NTP" it

Re: QMX and FT8CN audio issue - strange issue
Hi Daimon, I also have a Google Pixel 6A and I see exactly the same behavior. The strange thing is that just a few days ago it was working fine and I completed a QSO. Now only the first transmission

QMX build - in trouble already...
Into my QMX build. This is about my 7th QRP labs kit. Sure is cramped, but doable. While soldering in the diodes, I noticed that L504, underneath, was “hanging by a thread” - one side of the

Can the QLG2 provide PPS over USB?
Hello all, I recently purchased a QLG2 kit and put it together. It works great, gets a fix quickly and works well with GPSd, with only a single caveat: I can't get PPS timing using the USB port. My

Re: QMX diode or Zener PA protection?
Thanks Ross, wasn't sure if the different position made a difference.? Don't suppose that the LPF position makes a difference, that can be fixed in the setup.? Plan to replace the 80m LPF. Chris
