Derek well if you don't use semi-break-in keying maybe you don't have issues.? I would not think of something easily measured as instability, it could relate to actual capacitor values or even wire

I can't speak about the waveform, but as far as key clicks in full break-in, there was a recent thread where it was suggested to replace C22 with a 0.1uF cap. I did this and it eliminated the clicks.

Hi Larry, All will fit nicely. I've actually modified the kit and made it an 11-Band version by adding an extra relay board to it. All fits nicely and I had room to spare to include a 5V power supply
