50W amp Mosfet replacement #50w

 

Hi All
Bit of a problem on the 50W QRP Amp.? Q3 -?FQPF2N60C seem to be not available anymore.? Digi-key seem to be the last that has stock (360 in stock) and specifies that when it runs out that is it.? What would be a good available replacement that we could use.
