Any GPS time setting program that only uses NMEA should be well within a second. Use the fastest baud rate the program will allow, with a modern GPS there will be little delay.

I have not tried this but the explanation is there and it is said to run as Administrator in Windows 10.
115200 Baud illustrated, QLG2 can be configured by a jumper to 38400.

The Ebyte GPS module in the QGL2 can go much faster but I suspect it will not be easy to configure.
