No the QLC-2 does not send a PPS on USB.
The only way to use a PPS from a QLG-2 is on a serial port. It can be possible to use a USB serial port but accuracy will be impaired.
For ultimate precision a hardware serial port is required.
Without a PPS you rely on the NMEA sentences which are delayed so, again, accuracy is reduced.
NTP when working correctly achieves the best accuracy.
