After further checking using the continuity tester on my multimeter, it appears that pin 5 of IC6 has continuity to ground whereas pin 3 does not. I would assume that this should not be the case, and I will investigate further tomorrow what may be causing this.
Would this likely be the cause of oscillation?
Also, you mention using an audio test amp. You mean as the signal that I am looking for is in the audible frequency range, I could essentially add a probe to a separate op-amp, such as an LM386N that I have lying around to drive a pair of headphones to listen for which amp is oscillating?
