the way FLRIG is designed to work is that it connects to your radio, then all your other software looks at FLRIG as being your radio. In your example above, ?If JS8Call¡¯s radio is something other than FLRIG, the setup is odd.?
You basically have 2 programs sharing the same port for the radio. ?The pi let¡¯s that happen (windows would not natively let that happen) - glad you at least have a connection. ?It is likely you¡¯ll eventually sort out the settings to get JS8Call to have FLRIG as its selected radio. ?
