SN74CBT3253CD, without the R, is the same chip in a tube rather than
tape-and-reel, but it usually costs more.) Hans is now using it in new QCX
and QDX kits; the actual FST3253 in SOIC was discontinued a few years ago.
Distributors have lots of them. For example, there are over 2,800 in stock
at Digi-Key; they cost US$0.71 in quantity one here in the US.
Unless you can't find any distributor that has the chips and will ship them
to Poland, there is no reason to resort to dubious sources from Asia. The
genuine parts are inexpensive.

In the meantime, I asked the seller what's the difference between PBOAA
and PG5AB and they replied that "PG5AB has less chance to be fake". Wow.
At least they're honest.
I ordered two of them. If they're counterfeit as well then I'll look for
the ones you mentioned (I can't find them locally, but as you say, DigiKey
has them).
