I believe that continuous flashing means that the QDX is in firmware update mode (flash drive). ?Turn off power and turn on again. ?It should flash for several seconds and then the led should stay on without flashing.

When I unplug the USB cable, I get "Disk Not Ejected Properly" suggesting Mac OS thinks this is a disk drive. I don't see any documentation about a continuously flashing LED. What might this mean?
