40m mini with AGC and TXCO options installed. My multimeters are
pretty cheap so I can't get the 3rd decimal for current. (Note to self
- buy a really nice meter one day.) That being said I typically get
about 0.07 amps (70ish mA). With and without backlight my meter reads
0.07 A. I have modified the current limiting resistor on the lcd board
to provide about a quarter of the current to the lcd as I don't like
the display to be too bright, especially at night when it would
typically be used. I'm guessing the without backlight is pretty close
to 70mA and with backlight adds maybe about 3mA to 4mA.

Curious what the typical current others have measured on their QCX mini in receive mode for those that have the AGC and TCXO boards installed?
For the record, I'm measuring 87.6 mA with the backlight off, and 100.8 mA with the backlight on when supply voltage is 12.41 Vdc and the volume control is turned all the way down (fully counterclockwise). I suspect this is typical but would be nice to compare my measurements with others.
