A ferrite with only one turn is gonna be useless at 0-30Mhz.
You need to add a ferrite with maybe 4-6 turns, but this depends upon the grade of ferrite and it's size.
More turns = highest impedance at lower frequencies.
Also, try using a balanced antenna system, or if not then you should try adding some ferrite choking
at the feedpoint of the antenna.
