Just be prepared. Covid or whatever has set off a ton of unhappiness that most folks frontal lobes kept in check. I just finished The Great Influenza book about the 1918 flu epidemic. For five years after there was a lot of unexplained mental illness. Post what you want to convey to the rest of us and just ignore the unhappy part of the crowd. They need another hobby.
