Hi Kevin, You will notice the wires diameter are different. This is stated in the manual. The two different wires are wound onto different toroids. I hope this helps with the wires. I can't comment on the capacitors though. Look up the numbers on the internet. Do a search for capacitor values to find a chart that helps.
