Ken,
I simply made a 5 pole filter as fitted in a Softrock.
I omitted C11 as I had no idea how to calculate its value, or whether it would need a different value for L4.
I've not checked harmonic content but it would probably be adequate for 10/12m. The Softrock (Class B) uses it for 15m as well.
