I prefer bottom posting too, but it takes a bit more effort.
In contrast, though, I sort my mailbox "most recent first", which makes the threaded view "interesting".
Speaking of which... my big issue is thread hijacking, were people respond to a message in a thread then talk about something completely different. It messes up thread-based indentation in email clients "something terrible", even when the perps rewrite the subject line.
I think it must be that it isn't obvious how to start a new thread.
