OK, so set it to whatever you think the maximum might be ($75, $100, whatever), and cover the fees and unexpected contingencies. And when you see how the pricing falls out, either include (unlock) peripherals like the enclosure, or end up charging more for those afterwards. I dunno, just brainstorming, don't need to cause you any more stress over the holidays!
I'd pay $100 for "A pig in a poke" from QRPlabs any day. 8*)

Hi Willie
One possibility would be a Kickstarter or equivalent (even just a preorder using your existing system), which would not only give you some idea of the demand, and raise some funds ahead of time, but give those of us who want one a way to lock in a kit (or ten!) without the stress of "Hmm, what email address did I use? Oops, too late!" while ordering.
I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is!
Maybe... but it is difficult to know what the price is going to be. In the "old days" (2019 and earlier) this would all be easy. Now, not so much. The other problem with Kickstarter is the 5% fee.
