Good Evening,
I was noticing a few times now that my 40 meter mini I finished in MAY 2021 is locking up when sitting for about 20 minutes to a half hour idling and listening.
It has the lastest firmware.
It's in the same place most days unmoved.
I go to key and nothing, not a dit or dah on the paddles.
The unit is on working fine and when used regularly in QSO' or practice it's not a problem. I turn the unit off and on when this happens and then it's fine.
I am doing other things on the bench, but I don't think I'm causing any stray RF to make it hiccup.
I have made sure the contracts on the key are clean.
Any thoughts......just throw me a bone
