: What frequency band is "medfer" ?
Generally considered the US AM broadcast band, some 530 - 1710 KHz. Due to
antenna and efficiency limitations, most MedFER (Medium Frequency
Experimental Radio) operators are in the upper portion, 1500-1710 KHz.
