Really pleased to see Hans is moving forward with an upgraded kit to the QCX.? The video lays out all the wonderful features.? It should be a great kit and a big seller.
I'm a big fan of Elecraft but I've been hesitating to pull the trigger on the K2 kit due to the high price.? I want to get one before production is stopped, soon I imagine.? But I suspect the QSX will provide significant market pressure to reduce the K2 prices, especially if 10,000 QSX kits are sold in the first year.? Or the popularity of the K2 may cause production of the K2 to be ceased altogether.
I'm sure Hans has a mailing list of QCX owners.? It would be appreciated if he could mass-email the announcement the QSX kit is available.? I'm confident he'd have several thousand orders within ninety days.
