Been there, done that. Just go through to menu 7.8.
?"Press the left(SELECT) button to start editing this menu item. 00 is displayed. Use the rotary encoder to change the value to 17. Press the left (SELECT) or right (BACK) buttons to enter the value 17, which causes the factory reset"
This will take you back to the "Select Band" step.
