Pin 19 has about 300ohms to ground. If I pull the IC the pad is
infinite to ground.

Just got finished building the QCX 20 meter rig. rx was perfect
but low power on the output. somehow after removing and
replacing the filter torrids a few times now the rig just stays
keying. If straight key is selected then constant keydown. if
bug is selected then just? one continues string of dits.
Before I go tearing everything apart, does anyone have any
suggestions? Been there done that??
