Since purchasing the first board and parts many issues have been raised and modifications made to solve most of them. Some components appear to have been changed from the original release including the ferrites used in the band-pass filter. Certainly there appears to be an improvement in performance over the original toroids used on my first 20Mtr. unit.
So far the suggestion to sort this keying issue out is to replace C22 with a 0.1uF cap. I will certainly look into this and get back to you.
As far as the enclosure is concerned I have used? separate screening around the circuit board and mini-ferrites to minimise noise but it is not finished yet due to uncertainties about the keying.?
