When I turned the QCX on the first time everything appeared normal. When I gave the left switch a long push? the LCD screen went black. I turned the QCX off and then on again now the LCD screen just flashed the QRP Labs Startup.? I then applied the mod to correct the startup issue. Now I just get a? row of blocks at the top of the LCD screen. Checked the installation of IC2 and everything seems in order. I am at a loss as to how to correct the problem. Is it possible that I need to replace the microcontroller?
