Sorry to hear you're still having troubles. If you pull the finals (remove them) you should be able to troubleshoot the board easier. From what I can tell, having them out of circuit won't harm anything.
That should give you the opportunity to poke around to see what's going on.
From the looks of it, T1 is only used only for receive. L4 is used for transmit.
